Project Management - Managing the Human Factor
OVERVIEW
A 1-Day, hands-on workshop. You will participate in team exercises to test your current ability to communicate effectively and to motivate individual team members in order to deliver a successful project. You will complete a project simulation to ensure your key milestones are effectively flagged and reached on time. You will receive your personal D.I.S.C.® profile which will show you the style you use to manage and interact with project team members. At the end of the seminar, you will put the finishing touches to your action plan to take back to your on-the-job situation what you have learnt during this action-packed workshop.
